As per its ethical and transparent business practices, Rural Gallery Pvt Ltd has drafted a simple and effective Cancellation and Refund Policy, as follows:
- Your order for getting any products /services from our website www.ruralgallery.in shall be deemed to be placed only after you make payment for the same.
- The payment has to be made in advance only through the payment system followed by this platform by any mode including Net Banking, Debit / Credit Card, Paytm, GooglePay, and other options as acceptable on this platform.
- Immediately upon receipt of your payment, an E-Receipt confirming your order will be issued and sent to your registered E-mail Id, also informing you about the tentative date of delivery of your order on your registered address.
- If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, you should immediately inform us by mail clearly citing the reason for cancellation. Phone calls, Whatsapp, or any other verbal communication in this regard shall not be entertained.
- In case we receive your request for cancellation of order within 24 hours of making the payment, the full amount as paid by you shall be refunded. If you apply for cancellation after 24 hours of making the payment, your amount, after deduction of handling and dispatch charges, will be refunded.
- Your refund amount will be credited to the account from which you made the payment within 7 working days of cancellation of your order.
- Alternatively, you can order any other product by adjusting your refund amount, or can keep your due amount deposited with us, and place any order anytime thereafter. In this regard you may call our Customer Care Number and proceed accordingly.
- In case, you find any manufacturing defect in any of our products, kindly inform us by mail within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Our customer care executive will get in touch with you for replacement of the product. No requests after the stipulated time of 48 hours will be entertained in this regard.
- Rural Gallery reserves the right to cancel your order any time without assigning any reason, in which case the amount paid by you shall be refunded in full within 7 working days of receiving your payment.
